I can’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I booked my stay, the hospitality was exceptional. Before I even arrived, the staff reached out to ask if there was anything I needed before or during my stay. They responded quickly to every question I had and gave me wonderful recommendations that helped make my trip stress-free. The hotel also offers a convenient airport shuttle and provides information about other transportation options, which made getting around very easy. When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and even helped with my luggage. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their level of customer service truly stood out and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The complimentary toiletries smelled amazing and were a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel even more luxurious. The location is another huge advantage, especially for solo travelers like me. It’s only about a two-minute walk to the lift that takes you down to the ferry (or you can take the nearby stairs), making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is also within walking distance of the main shopping streets, restaurants, and cafés, so I never felt like I needed transportation. One of the unexpected perks was the complimentary breakfast at a nearby café, along with discounts at local businesses. It was a great way to start each morning and added even more value to the stay. The exceptional hospitality, spotless accommodations, and unbeatable location made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, la struttura è curata nei dettagli ed è tenuta alla perfezione, la posizione è ottima perché è vicinissima alle strutture balneari ed è proprio nel centro di Sorrento, quindi è perfetta per chi volesse trascorrere una vacanza dimenticandosi dell'auto.

100% would stay here again Punteggio di 10 10 The best location - 2 min walk to the elevator, amongst restaurants and shops but quiet in the rooms. Ice cold air con. They organised beach club booking for me easily.

We’ll be back! Punteggio di 9,0 9,0 Wonderful team running the hotel…combine that with a beautiful property. It was great to return back to the hotel after an adventurous day to unwind and recover for the next day. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and a nice place to work.
